Working in partnership with Resource Solutions Corporation; an e-steward certified recycling vendor, Vanta celebrated Earth Day by hosting its 7th Annual Electronics Recycling Event. Three Vanta property sites in various locations of Madison and Middleton were designated as drop-off sites. The total weight in electronic items recycled was a whopping 26,807 lbs…that equals 10.5 MINI Cooper Hatchbacks!
The majority of the items dropped off were accepted free of charge with the exception of microwaves, monitors and TV, where a small fee was collected. Thank you to all our volunteers and participants who helped make a difference on Earth Day.
