Kyle Robb, CCIM

Director - Leasing - Madison

Kyle Robb joined Artis in 2020 and serves as the Director of Leasing for the Madison market. In this role, he oversees leasing activities for a 14-building Class A office portfolio, including new lease agreements, renewals, and property marketing initiatives.

Prior to joining Artis, Kyle was a Senior Real Estate Manager at Culver’s Franchising, where he supported franchisees across 26 states, providing expertise in real estate matters and site selection. Before that, he was a Partner at Colliers International – Madison, where he specialized in commercial real estate advisory and brokerage services, including tenant and landlord representation, property development, investment sales, and financial analysis.

Kyle holds a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson’s License and the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Whitewater, with a minor in Marketing.
