Steven Murphy
General Manager
Steven Murphy, General Manager, joined the company in 2011. He is responsible for real estate, financial, and economic analysis, including lease and investment underwriting, and portfolio valuation. Steven received his B.B.A. in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Wisconsin in 2011. Prior to joining finance and accounting, Steven was a member of the development team where he assisted in the analysis, entitlement, and day-to-day management of development projects.
