Brian Karch, Senior Director – Construction, is responsible for the oversight of all construction projects for the Madison portfolio. The role involves providing expertise in lease negotiation areas related to construction, landlord oversight of tenants self-performed improvements, management of building capital improvements, 3rd party tenant construction projects and construction management of landlord-controlled tenant improvements. Brian is also responsible for all in house design which includes concept plans, design intent plan sets and bid documents. Brian has over 21 years of commercial design and over 11 years of construction management experience.
